WHO WE ARE

OUR STORY

Spiritmanity was founded by
Sarika Mahadeo-Diercks who has more than 20 years experience in people functions within corporates across industries.

After experiencing a period of intense personal loss and trauma, Sarika took some time to reflect deeply. She realised that she wanted to live with more meaning, purpose, connection and harmony. She decided to resign and establish her own company and so Spiritmanity was born. The decision was motivated by her strong values orientation, wish to live an inspired life and desire to impact the world in a positive way whilst doing what she loves best, working with people.

Spiritmanity is a blended word formed by Sarika from the words spirit and humanity. In the context of the 4th industrial revolution, AI and a digitally intense world Spiritmanity represents our human-centred wholeness, reminding us that our sense of fulfilment and wellbeing in life is engrained in purpose, meaning, connection and harmony.

Spiritmanity supports a 4-day work week and human-centred, family-oriented work environments!
